Refund Policy

All in-person notarizations and virtually commissioned transactions are final and Notaries Xpress will not issue refunds for any payments rendered including fees associated with any re-notarization or re-commissioning services offered or provided.

If your in person notarization or virtually commissioned documents are not accepted for reasons related to Notary Xpress’ notary public service, Notaries Xpress will re-notarize or re-commission your document free of charge. You will need to provide written proof of the rejection.

If the document is rejected by the receiving party, you will not be entitled to a refund. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the receiving party will accept the document. 

Once the document has been notarized/commissioned the client assumes full responsibility for its handling, including, but not limited to, submission, mailing, shipping, faxing, emailing, or any other form of physical or digital transmission.
